Intelist S.R.L provides a listing intelligence platform that offers analytics, performance reports, and insights for short-term rental properties listed on platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia. Our services include:
- Property performance analysis and reporting
- Revenue forecasting and benchmarking
- AI-powered recommendations for optimization
- Data enrichment through third-party APIs
- CSV data import and analysis
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Payment and Pricing
4.1 Fees
Certain features of our services require payment. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be changed at any time. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.3 Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed report purchases unless required by applicable law or in cases of technical failure on our part.
5. User Data and Content
5.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to our platform, including property information and revenue data. By uploading data, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze this data to provide our services.
5.2 Data Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you provide. We are not responsible for errors in reports resulting from inaccurate data inputs.
5.3 Prohibited Content
You may not upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
- Use automated tools to access our services without permission
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Intelist S.R.L and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia) and services (Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 "As Is" Service
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that our reports, recommendations, or forecasts will result in increased revenue or improved performance. All insights are based on data analysis and industry benchmarks but are not guarantees of future results.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelist S.R.L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelist S.R.L, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intelist S.R.L regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
