Important: We do NOT store personal information from guest reviews (names, comments) or host personal details. Only aggregated, anonymous rating data is collected to comply with privacy regulations.

  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
  • Property listing URLs and names
  • Revenue data from CSV uploads (your own property data only)

To protect privacy, we explicitly DO NOT store:

  • Guest names or personal review comments
  • Host names or personal verification details
  • Individual review content (only aggregated ratings)
  • Third-party personal information

5. Data Security

7. Data Retention

Retention Period: Property data is automatically flagged for deletion 90 days after your last update, unless you actively use the service.

You can request immediate deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Account data is retained as long as your account is active, plus any legally required retention period.
